Message	say no one is ever really 'ready' to face such a thing. Even being in the medical field I have seen some pretty guesome tramatic things (esp automobile accidents) and when I tell myself I have seen the worst something else comes up that tops it. No matter how many times I have seen it you will never become 'dessensitized' and it always hits home especially when the family is there or when you hold the victims hand knowing you will be the last person they see before they die. I alway make a prayer for my patients since most of them are incapabale of praying for themselves.
